Key Responsibilities Investigate and analyze Motor Vehicle Accident accounts to coordinate insurance benefits and resolve outstanding balances Research and acquire necessary medical records and documentation to submit claims to insurance companies Follow up with payers to ensure prompt reimbursement and maintain accurate claim information Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections 1+ years of experience with MVA claim resolution preferred Strong computer proficiency and understanding of basic office applications Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing related to MVA claims
