Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach, VA clinic. This role is ideal for a certified RBT who values consistency, clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working with children on the autism spectrum.

Schedule: Consistent 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising clinicians
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data
• Support behavior reduction and skill development goals
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership
• Maintain professional and timely documentation
