Clinical Supervisor

• BCaBA: $62,250 – $80,846 (commensurate with experience)
• BCBA: $82,450 – $102,820 (commensurate with experience)

BCBA or BCaBA and LBA/LABA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

• Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and/or community)
• Develop Individualized Behavior‑Change Programs with client‑specific goals and outcome measurements
• Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Data analysis
• Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
• Conduct clinical supervision
• Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service continuity
• Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
