Autism Center of Excellence is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Virginia Beach, VA clinic.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule in a structured clinic environment working with pediatric clients ages 2–14. We are looking for dependable clinicians who are confident implementing treatment plans, maintaining session structure, and collaborating closely with supervising BCBAs.

This position is ideal for RBTs who value stability, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting children and families.

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Clinic-based position

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain timely and professional session documentation

• Strong BCBA supervision and clinical support

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous ABA therapy experience required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients ages 2–14
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.
