• Greet guests upon arrival and provide professional valet parking services.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Organize parking to maximize capacity and ensure prompt vehicle retrieval.
• Secure vehicles by locking and maintaining a secure parking environment.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
• Collect parking fees, accurately process payments, and provide receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash or credit card payments at shift end.
• Conduct visual inspections of parked vehicles for damage and report discrepancies.
• Ensure valet equipment (cones, tickets, signage) is well maintained.
• Collaborate with other valet attendants and parking staff to achieve efficient operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
• Proficient driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
