We are seeking a positive, friendly Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional service to hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, issue room keys, process payments, coordinate room availability with housekeeping, answer inquiries, and complete paperwork accurately. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience. Must have open availability. Must be 21 to apply.
Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in‑person
- Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open‑ended questions
- Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Able to resolve issues with a customer‑focused orientation
- Able to lift 30 pounds
- Open availability
- Must be 21 to apply
