Lobby Attendant – Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Keep our most-seen spaces guest-ready. As a Lobby Attendant, you're the first impression for every guest who walks through our doors.

What you'll do:

Clean and maintain public spaces: lobby, elevators, public restrooms, fitness center, and pool areas

Push a cleaning cart and use equipment to mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces

Keep high-traffic areas spotless and stocked throughout your shift

Respond to spills and guest requests promptly

Schedule:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWeekend and holiday availability required as needed

What you'll need:

Ability to stay on your feet for the full shift

Able to push a cart, reach, bend, and lift as the job requires

Comfortable using cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, etc.)Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, welcoming space

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge of hotel operations, local attractions, and tourist services.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
