Set up dining area for daily meals and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas;
Prepare and stock breakfast items and beverages;
Greet and serve meals to hotel employees and guests;
Restock stations and assist with breakdown/cleaning at end of shift;
Document pertinent information in logbook and report issues to management
