The Senior Guest Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Virginia Beach, VA, responsible for overseeing daily guest service operations at assigned parking and hospitality locations. This role leads and mentors valet, bell, and front-of-house team members, ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service at all times. The Senior Guest Services Manager monitors staffing levels, schedules, and workflow, resolves guest issues, and supports a safe and orderly environment.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating receptionist and front desk activities, maintaining communication with property management and PMC leadership, and tracking key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role requires being present and visible on-site, modeling service standards and supporting continuous improvement in guest experience.
- Supervisory skills and experience managing front-line hospitality or service teams.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on timely, courteous, and professional guest interactions.
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional written correspondence.
- Receptionist duties experience, such as greeting guests, managing inquiries, and coordinating front desk activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced hospitality environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including scheduling and shift coordination.
- Experience in hospitality, parking management, or related service industries preferred.
- Basic proficiency with office and scheduling software; ability to learn PMC systems and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
