You are an HR Generalist who excels at building strong employee relationships and proactively addressing workplace concerns. You’re comfortable balancing both administrative and strategic responsibilities within the HR function. You take ownership of key HR programs and processes, ensuring they are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a people‑first mindset.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Supports the execution of employee relations activities, to include, but not limited to reporting, communications, analysis, placement and training.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records.
- Support programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention and engagement; facilitate training on conflict resolution, harassment prevention and effective management practices.
- Support HRBP’s in handling all employee relations issues such as counseling, dispute resolution, terminations and performance improvement plans.
- Assist management in the effective administration of the organization’s HR systems, tools and practices.
- Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends and concerns with management.
- Participate in developing and enhancing personnel policies and procedures.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 1-3 years with previous HR or related field required
- A solid understanding of HR practices and knowledge of labor laws is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and decision-making skills are essential
- Proficiency in MS office and HRIS Software
