A leading IT services provider is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician in Virginia Beach. This role requires the technician to provide direct desk-side support, troubleshoot and repair IT devices, and manage customer tickets. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and have at least 4 years of relevant experience along with a valid Security+ certification. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.

The position offers a pay range of $25.00 - $28.00/hour.
