Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in both Application Development and Infrastructure initiatives. This role oversees complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to manage enterprise-level technology projects, apply multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), and partner effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. This position requires a PMP-certified leader with strong technical understanding, organizational excellence, and the ability to navigate risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage full life-cycle IT projects spanning application development and infrastructure components.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business groups, and executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, policies, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates and status reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects involving application development and infrastructure
. - Active PMP certification required.
- Hands-on experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of SDLC, application architecture, servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse technical and business stakeholders.
- Expertise in risk and issue management, escalation handling, and mitigation planning.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project
, or similar platforms. - Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on resolving technical and process challenges.
- SAP project exposure is not required but highly desirable.
- Experience supporting or leading cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices
, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery frameworks. - ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to SAP project environments (desired but not required).
