Data Analyst

Remote EST or CST — 12 months Contract

Client is seeking an Analyst in Data Analytics to aggregate and analyze data sets across the organization, create and publish recurring/ad hoc reports, and develop presentational content for varied audiences, including senior executive leadership. This individual contributor role is critical to the Strategy and Operations organization’s ability to achieve business goals.

• Access, review, and generate reports from systems including Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau
• Assist with development, requirements, and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce)
• Utilize SQL and Databricks to pull and analyze data effectively
• Analyze volume shifts for trends and proactively report on drivers
• Develop presentations and storytelling to outline volumes, trends, and themes
• Demonstrate curiosity and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance project work
• Engage stakeholders cross-departmentally (Finance, Revenue Assurance, Marketing, Product, IT, etc.) to identify opportunities in systems, processes, or people
• Conduct deep dive reviews with other departments to uncover insights
• Provide operations metrics and data to support employee process improvement initiatives and reduce escalations
• Analyze complex policies and processes, providing recommendations for improvement

• 4–5 years of relevant experience
• BS in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Data Science or equivalent preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
