Fidelity Technology Services, LLC, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Fidelity Technologies Corporation is seeking a System Administrator II (SA2) to support Aviation Simulation systems.

SA2 Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of Cybersecurity (CS) experience in secure network and system analysis, procedure/test generation, test execution and implementation of computer/network security mechanisms.
  • Minimum of DOD Approved Baseline Certification as System Administrator Intermediate in accordance with DOD 8570.01‑M (i.e., Security + or equivalent certification).
  • Expert knowledge in all basic cybersecurity functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using and installing networking equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with STIGs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system patching and IA vulnerability alerts (IAVA), IA vulnerability bulletins (IAVB), and technical advisories (TA).
  • Within six (6) months of assignment, complete Government sponsored training on the Trellix Endpoint Security System (ESS) and the DoD Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and be able to assist the ISSM/ISSO in the configuration and sustainment of ESS, and able to execute and analyze vulnerability scans upon request by the ISSM/ISSO.
  • Within six (6) months of assignment, obtain a Computing Environment/Operating System certificate applicable to the training devices being supported.
  • Complete at least forty (40) hours of annual continuing education.
  • Ensure a POAM is created for each training systems platform that captures all open ACAS/STIG findings that could not be mitigated and submit the POAM to the ISSM/ISSO using the applicable/authorized transport.
  • SA2 Duties and Responsibilities

    The SA II duties and responsibilities include but are not limited the following:

  • Perform hardware and software installation in a client/server environment.
  • Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software CS problems to resolution.
  • Provide end user support for all Cyber related applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance, to include diagnostic testing and optimization.
  • Coordinate and implement software backup and antivirus requirements.
  • Perform scheduled CS specific preventive maintenance of computer systems and network components; and coordinate CS/ATO requirements with Government Cybersecurity personnel, including the ISSM, ISSO, ISEO, and COR.
