Position: OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME with Security Clearance
SMX is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. Final date to receive applications:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
* Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates
* Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments Required Skills & Experience SME
* Required Clearance: TS/SCI
* Minimum of (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
* Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development
* Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction
* Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
* Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
* Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
* Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above
* Must be willing to deploy as needed and have a valid US passport Required Skills & Experience Expert
* Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
* Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting
* Experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience)
* Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories
* Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
* Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
* Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief senior leaders
