OverviewJob Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Remote
Duration: 4-month initial contract on W2
Pay Rate: $20- $23 per hour on W2
Job Description- The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to Oracle Health outstanding invoicing and collection efforts.
- The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins for accuracy, gather feedback from Customer, CSM, CAE, on outstanding and open issues, interpret data from source systems and confirm themes broadly impacting the Customer base.
- Determine work streams and stakeholders needed to address root cause
- Set up and facilitate calls with aligned stakeholders to address root cause and follow through to ensure related invoices are addressed.
