We're seeking a skilled and growth-minded SEO/GEO Optimization Specialist to improve our visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google SGE, and Bing Copilot. This role sits at the intersection of SEO best practices and future-forward Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) - ensuring our content is structured, quotable, and discoverable by both search bots and large language models.

• Implement on-page and technical SEO across multiple brand sites (meta, headers, linking, etc.).
• Monitor keyword rankings, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with content, dev, and product teams to maintain SEO-friendly page speed and site structure.
• Maintain and evolve structured data (e.g., FAQ Page, Article, Local Business schemas).
• Conduct regular audits and implement action plans using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC.

• Structure content for maximum visibility in AI-generated answers and snapshots.
• Work with content authors to create AI-friendly Q&A blocks, glossary terms, and expert quotes.
• Help monitor and analyse brand mentions in ChatGPT, Bing, Perplexity, and others.
• Assist in schema saturation strategy to boost factual authority across service and location pages.

• Support monthly SEO/GEO reporting using GA4, Search Console, and snapshot tracking tools.
• Help implement A/B and split testing to improve organic click-throughs and UX.
• Collaborate across marketing, content, and engineering teams to align content goals with platform performance.
• Recommend optimizations based on ranking shifts, AI behaviour, or competitive benchmarking.

• 6+ years of SEO experience, preferably across large sites or multisite platforms.
• Familiar with Word Press (or headless CMS), schema markup, page speed optimization.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GSC.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven search experiences and generative discovery platforms.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for content structure and clarity.

• Exposure to GEO principles or AI snapshot monitoring (e.g., Bing Chat, Perplexity).
• Experience working with structured content APIs or modular CMS tools.
• Familiarity with zero-click SEO, local SEO, or multi-brand environments.
• Understanding of CRO, UX, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.)
