Job Description Mission Technologies a division of HII is hiring a Military Operations Analyst (Mission Coordinator) for the NITE Program. They will support Large Force Exercise (LFE) operations on the East Coast in accordance with contract requirements. Acts as a point of contact for Government operations personnel on all range functions supporting LFE.

Coordinates all mission support from mission scenario development to live/virtual/constructive operational support to post‑mission debrief and evaluation. Supports planning and coordination for agencies participating in or supporting training operations on the range complex. Attends pre‑mission conferences for users and support groups. Additionally, the position requires flexibility to work occasional non‑standard work hours and work weeks of more than 40 hours to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Supports Large Force Exercise (LFE) operations in accordance with contract requirements.
• Directs the work of contractor personnel directly or through supervisors.
• Point of contact for Government operations personnel on all range functions supporting LFE.
• Coordinates all mission support from mission scenario development to live/virtual/constructive operational support to post‑mission debrief and evaluation.
• Responsible for development, production, and continuous update of written, photographic, and recordable training aids and materials for mission planning; familiarization of aircrew with range capabilities, assets, and operational procedures with detailed debriefings.
• Supports planning and coordination for agencies participating in or supporting training operations on the range complex.
• Complies with contract requirements and acts when necessary to correct deficiencies.
• Attends pre‑mission conferences for users and support groups.
• Prepares reports of range availability/scheduling/utilization.
• Develops and presents briefings on capability, operation, and requirements to military and government agencies, to include VIP presentations.
