To support a large-scale federal Enterprise Data Platform modernization initiative, the remote Senior Cloud Cybersecurity Specialist will provide technical leadership for cloud security operations, compliance, governance, and risk management activities in AWS and Databricks environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain cloud security controls for AWS and Databricks platforms
- Support security architecture, risk management, compliance monitoring, and governance activities across cloud environments
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and remediation planning activities
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience implementing cloud security controls within enterprise environments
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting FedRAMP High environments
- Experience with security controls aligned with NIST 800-53 and FISMA requirements
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and AWS security services
