Cyber Security Project Manager Security Clearance

Position: Cyber Security Project Manager with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach , VA. This position is on-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Report directly to the Program Manager and will be a manager of both direct reports and support personnel supporting a matrix organization.

* Manage cyber security programs with specific knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DIACAP and in evaluating, implementing, and managing Continuous Monitoring Plans

* Directly manage projects associated with Magenta tasking, solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.

* Lead and coordinate the scoping, gather technical requirements, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams.

* Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements including information and data needs, business analysis and programming.

* Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests.

* Administer technologies that directly support cyber security and the protection of company assets and data.

* Support a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.

* 25% travel anticipated.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Masters degree and 6+ years of relevant project management experience, or a Bachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant project management experience, or a High School Diploma and 12+ years of relevant project management experience in lieu of Master's degree

* Must have an IT and or Cybersecurity experience

* Experience with RMF and/or DIACAP

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred

* Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE

* Experience with planning and developing project schedule

* Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance

* 2+ Years of managerial experience with DoD efforts Clearance Requirements:
* Must have a current and active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain SAP access.

Physical Requirements:

* Work will require movement from Government site to/from MANTECH site for client meetings and support functions.

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.
