TECHEAD is seeking an entry-level NOC Technician (or Network Technician). This role suits candidates new to IT but with a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cable runs and assist with network cable installations.
- Support basic network switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support to internal users.
- Monitor and report on system performance and issues.
- Assist with Windows system management and Microsoft 365 administration (preferred but not required).
- Follow established IT processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Power-user familiarity with computers.
- Scripting or automation exposure is a plus.
- Understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in non-IT roles with a customer service focus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT.
- Reliable and able to work full-time onsite.
