SAP S​/HANA Data Migration Lead

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Lead position

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Duration: 11 months

Exhibits the ability to implement BO Data Services ETL jobs within a Business Objects Enterprise landscape. Uses an understanding and experience with Business Objects Data Services and ability to support complex ETL Data Flows. Has experience with configuration support of BW extractors/SAP/Non-SAP extractors with Data Services, HANA Replication with Data Services & loading with SAP DMC. Hands‑on skills in one or many of the following skills – SAP BODS, SAP BOIS, SAP SDI, SAP DATA HUB, SAP DMC and SAP Data Migration for S/4 HANA and other SAP products.

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA data models, strong proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, and/or SAP BODS, and proven ability to manage end‑to‑end data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and load execution.
• Solid understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and load mechanisms.
• Strong SQL and data quality skills.
• Leadership of cross‑functional teams, driving mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover readiness, and ensuring data accuracy across all business areas.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
