IT Administrator
As TAG’s IT Administrator, you will manage all aspects of IT from device configuration to operational support for local and remote users. You will be responsible for monitoring and configuring a wide range of systems and programs and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Security Requirement- The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government SECRET security clearance is required.
- Perform change management, media protection, incident response, auditing and logging in accordance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)-compliant System Security Plan (SSP) policies and procedures.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring issues associated with application software and operating systems quickly and efficiently in coordination with TAG’s outsourced IT provider as needed.
- Install and support PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile hardware and software.
- Provide daily support to office employees on laptops, software, Zoom meetings, Teams meetings, conference room equipment, printers, and IP phones.
- Manage asset inventory and coordinate logistics.
- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and back-out instructions.
- Participate in hardware and software reviews and recommend purchases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field);
Associates degree and 2+ years experience;
No degree and 4+ years experience;
Certifications a plus. - Proficiency with Windows 11 and Office 365 administration, working knowledge of Office 365 and cloud technologies, solid understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and WINS.
- Must possess critical thinking, excellent software/hardware troubleshooting skills, and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Asset Tiger asset management software a plus.
