CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER PRINCIPAL

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Cybersecurity Engineer Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Integrated Operations Support Center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all cybersecurity objectives are met. You will also lead the effort in getting Authority to Operate packages approved through the DoD RMF process.
Responsibilities- Lead/Manage/Support a team of cybersecurity analyst in the daya to day duties of patching and STIGing networks.
- Collaborate with with your team and the government customer to work through any risks or issues that may arise.
- Drive schedule deadlines
- Utilize EMASS to track all packages
- Education:
Bachelor of Science - Experience:
8+ years of related experience - Technical skills: be proficient in the RMF process and well versed on DoD 8140 INST.
- Security clearance level:
Secret - US citizenship required
- Role requirements:
Some travel may be required

The likely salary range for this position is $129,813 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
