We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with deep, hands‑on experience across networking, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems. This role is ideal for a highly capable technical professional who thrives in complex environments, can operate independently, solve challenging infrastructure issues, and lead by example in both technical execution and customer service.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will serve as a primary escalation point, lead infrastructure projects, and mentor junior technicians while supporting a diverse portfolio of client environments.

• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize complex IT infrastructure environments.
• Act as the senior escalation resource for advanced networking, server, cloud, and infrastructure issues.
• Lead infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot both physical and virtual server infrastructure.
• Deliver exceptional technical support through both remote and onsite engagements.
• Mentor and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

• Advanced Networking: Cisco, Meraki, Dell Networking, HP Pro Curve, Aruba, Ubiquiti; VLANs, Routing, VPNs, Firewall configuration, Network segmentation.
• Servers & Virtualization: Physical server deployment, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper‑V, storage platforms (Synology NAS, Dell EMC, or similar enterprise storage), backup, replication, disaster recovery solutions.
• Microsoft Cloud & Azure: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Entra , Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Virtual Machines, Identity & Access Management; ability to design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure.
• Security & Access Control Systems: Paxton Net2, Prodata Key, Turing, Milestone, Axis, Hikvision, comparable enterprise security platforms; understanding of complete system deployments (controllers, cameras, cabling, integrations, peripherals).
• Telephony: Avaya Cloud Office, Avaya IP Office; user provisioning, call routing, auto attendants, SIP trunking, extensions, hunt groups, on‑premises integrations; troubleshoot VoIP performance issues (latency, jitter, packet loss); migrate legacy telephony environments to cloud with minimal downtime.

• 10+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure and systems engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently configure, troubleshoot, and support complex IT environments.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience supporting multiple client environments; MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
