ePlus inc. in the Virginia Beach area is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to join our team. You will answer technical support calls and emails, provide Level 1 assistance, and diagnose and track issues through resolution.
The role requires a high school diploma and one year of customer service experience, with knowledge of MS Office apps;
Service Now is a plus. The position shifts are Saturday through Wednesday, 7am–4pm EST, with on-site presence and remote/hybrid requirements as outlined.
