We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer / IT Generalist with extensive hands‑on experience across networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in complex environments, works independently, solves challenging problems, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical resource, escalation point, project lead, and mentor while supporting diverse IT environments and driving infrastructure excellence.

• Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for networking, server, cloud, and security‑related issues.
• Lead infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
• Administer, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot both physical and virtual server environments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during both remote and onsite engagements.
• Mentor and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers while promoting technical best practices.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, security, and operational efficiency.

• Expert‑level experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Dell, Aruba, HP Pro Curve, Ubiquiti, and comparable networking platforms.

• Deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of enterprise server hardware.
• Extensive experience with VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Experience supporting enterprise storage platforms including Synology, Dell EMC, or similar.
• Strong understanding of backup solutions, disaster recovery, replication, and business continuity planning.

• Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD).
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, Identity & Access Management, and Azure Security.
• Ability to independently architect, implement, and troubleshoot cloud environments.

• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security and access control solutions, including Paxton Net2, Prodata Key, Turing, Milestone, Axis, Hikvision, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of complete security system deployments, including controllers, cameras, cabling, networking, and system integration.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise printers, scanners, copiers, and related peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose both hardware and software issues, including internal component failures and connectivity problems.

• Experience administering Avaya Cloud Office, including user provisioning, call routing, auto attendants, and system optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Avaya IP Office, including SIP Trunking, Extensions, Hunt Groups, and on‑premises integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting VoIP performance issues such as latency, jitter, packet loss, and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Experience migrating legacy phone systems to cloud‑based communications platforms with minimal business disruption.

• 10+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong experience leading technical projects from planning through implementation.
