HANA EWM Functional Lead position for our client.
Join a dynamic SAP implementation team as an SAP S/4
HANA EWM Functional Lead, where you will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in an SAP S/4
HANA environment. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional who combines deep functional expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver best-in-class warehouse and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4
HANA EWM solutions. - Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Configure warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and internal warehouse movements.
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and business process discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to integrate EWM with other S/4
HANA modules. - Oversee functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and production deployment.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and recommend SAP best practices.
- Ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality, timeline, and client objectives.
- Current hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) . - Current hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA implementations. - Proven experience serving as a Functional Lead, Team Lead, Manager, or higher on SAP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics execution, and supply chain processes.
- Experience designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- SAP S/4
HANA EWM certification preferred. - Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other S/4
HANA modules.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
