ePlus is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to answer technical support calls and emails for our customer base. You will diagnose issues, track through resolution and provide Level 1 assistance.
Work hours:
Saturday–Wednesday 7am–4pm EST with on-camera availability for remote/hybrid roles and reliable internet access. Prior Service Desk experience is preferred and familiarity with Service Now is a plus.
