Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Consultant

Location:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations across Order Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain Orchestration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Order Orchestration, Global Order Promising, and WMS integrations, with proven ability to operate within Agile delivery models, develop functional specifications, and effectively position solutions to both executive leadership and operational stakeholders.

This role is particularly suited for professionals with experience supporting wholesale distributors of consumer products and complex, multi-node supply chain environments.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations

Proven expertise in:
Oracle Order Management Cloud, Order Orchestration (DOO), Global Order Promising, Pricing and Order-to-Cash processes

Integration & Technical Exposure

Experience integrating Oracle SCM with: 3PL / warehouse systems (WMS), External fulfillment platforms, Middleware tools (OIC, APIs, web services)

Industry Expertise

Experience working with wholesale distributors of consumer products

Strong understanding of multi-channel, multi-node supply chain operations

Functional & Consulting Skills

Supply Chain Orchestration design and execution

Pricing modeling and configuration

Functional specification development (FSD/BRD)

Business process optimization

Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Communication & Leadership

Demonstrated ability to:
Communicate effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders, Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions, Influence and drive decisions across cross-functional teams

Language

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Exposure to Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

Oracle Cloud SCM certifications (Order Management, Pricing, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Combines deep functional SCM expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills

Experienced in Agile delivery environments and client-facing roles

Capable of designing and delivering complex orchestration and fulfillment solutions

Effective in engaging both executive leadership and operational end users

Driven to deliver business-focused, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
