* Job Description:

** is seeking an experienced
** Senior Systems Analyst
** to support enterprise technology, infrastructure, security, and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for driving requirements gathering, documentation, governance support, and project coordination activities that enable successful delivery and operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and track work items for technology initiatives, including infrastructure improvements, system enhancements, security initiatives, and operational projects.
* Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable documentation and project deliverables.
* Develop and maintain process flows, technical specifications, implementation plans, and governance documentation.
* Prepare materials for architecture reviews, change approvals, risk assessments, and audit-related activities.
* Support project managers, team leaders, and stakeholders with project coordination, status tracking, reporting, and action item management.
* Participate in change management and governance processes to support technology initiatives.
* Maintain project records, decision logs, and supporting documentation.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation standards, and team efficiency.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, change management, ticketing systems, and governance processes.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology projects and operational initiatives.
* Knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, or audit-related processes.
* Experience working with project tracking and collaboration tools.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
