** is seeking an experienced
** Technical Program Manager
** to coordinate and drive cross-functional technology initiatives. This role serves as a central point of coordination for strategic programs, governance activities, operational improvements, and executive reporting, enabling technical teams to remain focused on delivery and execution.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate enterprise technology initiatives related to security, compliance, infrastructure, governance, and operational improvements.
* Manage cross-functional programs involving security, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and technology governance requirements.
* Drive planning, tracking, and execution of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Facilitate project intake, prioritization, dependency management, and status reporting.
* Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports.
* Coordinate approvals, reviews, and governance processes for technology projects, operational changes, and business initiatives.
* Track risks, issues, action items, and project milestones, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
* Establish and maintain program documentation, standards, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
* Partner with business and technical leaders to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Support organizational growth and scalability by driving program coordination and operational excellence.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of Technical Program Management, PMO, Technology Operations, or related experience.
* Proven experience leading and coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
* Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
* Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
* Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
