Make a difference. Be happy. Grow your career. The Epic Radiant/Cupid Senior Analyst provides EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic’s more complex clients. They bring strong technical and soft skills. They perform most of the day-to-day work for our clients with oversight and assistance from Application Advisors and Senior Application Advisors.
Responsibilities- Technical performing advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving within the application to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
- Fulfilling system requests from customers by performing issue analysis, translating needs into detailed requirement specifications, and performing system build and testing.
- Project and issue management exercising moderate judgment and contributing to decisions under the supervision of Application Advisors, supporting clients with potential impact to patient safety, financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Managing multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight, including awareness of unique customer build and process, managing open issues in a ticketing system, email communication, and calendar management.
- Accurately completing up‑to‑date documentation in the relevant ticketing system, meeting service level agreements.
- Following proper change control policies for migrating application build and configurations.
- Working on ad‑hoc projects and assisting in internal initiatives as necessary.
- Providing outstanding customer service, anticipating and meeting shifting customer needs, delivering high‑quality support and building relationships with customer IT and operations staff.
- Growth and mentorship: explaining complex system setup to internal staff, taking on new responsibilities to grow skills, delegating less‑complex tasks to peers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or relevant education and/or 8+ years’ industry experience).
- Active Epic Radiant or Cupid Certification.
- 1–5+ years of direct experience implementing, training or supporting EHR modules.
- Demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims; apply problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
- Strong customer service track record.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes; preferred previous management and project management experience.
- Ability to take on‑call rotations outside core business hours, nights and weekends.
- Travel up to 10%.
