Procurement specialist or manager, Buyer (I, II, or III), Procurement Analyst, Purchasing Manager, Sourcing Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Specialist
The Procurement specialist owns the end-to-end procurement process, this role ensures materials and services are sourced at the best possible value while supporting production schedules and maintaining compliance with company procedures. The individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to manage purchasing activities, strengthen supplier relationships, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Reports to:
Procurement Operations Manager and provides support to the Procurement Team.
- Sourcing suppliers, issuing RFQs, and analyzing quotes
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Creating and managing purchase orders with accuracy
- Resolving invoice, delivery, and vendor issues
- Partnering with operations, engineering, and finance teams to solve problems quickly
- Supporting supplier on‑boarding and continuous process improvement
- 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related field
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
- Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Experience in ORACLE, or similar type Enterprise Business Systems experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
