Department: Support Services

Schedule: Full‑Time | Saturday‑Wednesday (10:15 PM–7:00 AM)

Clinical Status: Non‑Clinical

As a Support Services Technician, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. You will provide routine support services for all local Life Net facilities, including package deliveries, supplies, and transport equipment, and general support to fulfill special customer requests.

• Perform general support activities such as moving equipment and furniture, shipping UPS packages, and conducting minor grounds inspections.
• Safely operate assigned trucks, vans, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment for storage and transportation of supplies and equipment between Life Net facilities.
• Fulfill support requests upon receipt and ensure timely delivery of interdepartmental mail, personal packages, supplies, and unprocessed human tissue shipments.
• Unload vehicles using forklift, hand truck, or by hand, then place items in the appropriate holding area for processing.
• Pull inventory supplies for customer orders and prepare them for verification prior to delivery.
• Receive and document all incoming shipments for tracking and delivery.
• Perform initial inspection and storage of incoming unprocessed donor material.
• Stock and rotate all supplies in accordance with prescribed inventory storage methods.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and meet Life Net Health’s minimum driving requirements for company‑related driving
• Two (2) years of warehouse, storeroom, or logistics experience

• Certified Forklift Operator preferred

• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Salary Range: $16.83 to $22.44 per hour. Final compensation will be based on geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Your pay may be higher than the entry‑level range based on your knowledge and experience.
