Automotive Parts Driver - Hall Toyota

Hall Toyota located in Virginia Beach is seeking a reliable full‑time Parts Driver. The position is Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM, with compensation of $16 per hour.

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Verify that the invoice matches the purchase order for each pick‑up and check for payments.
• Keep an accurate log of daily deliveries, pick‑ups, payments, and CODs.
• Advise the Parts Manager if delivery trucks require major repairs or maintenance.
• Assist the service department with attendant responsibilities of managing the drop‑off and pick‑up of customers’ cars as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Self‑starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software proficiency, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills.
