Main Purpose of the role:
This position executes all invoices to third party vendors for maintenance and repairs of ZIM equipment throughout USA.
Main Tasks:
Executes invoicing to parties responsible for damages to company equipment.
Maintain and upload all back-up documentation to Sharepoint.
Maintain spreadsheets for all billed third party vendors via Excel and Power BI
Troubleshoot all third-party vendor requests via email pertaining to on‑going disputes.
Working knowledge of excel, advance excel and Nitro experience a plus.
Familiarity to Power BI helpful.
Logistics / Operation experience in Container Shipping industry (a plus).
Must be able to commit to working 20 hours per week, on‑site, during normal business hours
Logistics teams serve nearly 500 locations for sufficient, timely, and cost-effective container availability.
Logistics interface with more than 100 suppliers to guarantee that containers are at the right place at the right time, while ensuring their safety, quality and technological advancement.
