As an Inventory Warehouse Technician you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing general inventory services, including cycle counting, assisting with reconciling stock counts, inspecting shipments for accuracy and completeness, resolving inconsistencies, processing customer returns and processing sales orders.

Your work will have purpose every single day, contributing directly to life‑changing outcomes.

• Inventory Processing & Maintenance:
  Pull inventory supplies for customer orders and prepare them for verification before delivery; stock and rotate all supplies per prescribed methods; perform cycle counts.
• Shipping & Receiving:
  Unload vehicles using forklift, hand truck, or by hand, then place items in the appropriate holding area for processing and ship orders using express and freight courier systems.
• Order Processing:
  Monitor and process all incoming supply orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Three (3) years’ experience in warehousing, storeroom, or logistics
• One (1) year experience with inventory/ERP Database
• One (1) year experience operating a forklift

Preferred Experience /Skills/

Certifications:

• Forklift Certification
• SAP Experience

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels.
• Time Management:
  Prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple time‑sensitive projects.
• Attention to Detail:
  Perform tasks thoroughly and with care.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary Range: $16.83 to $22.44 per hour.

Final compensation will be based on geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $16.83 hourly (entry level) to $22.44 hourly (experienced). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
