Position: Custodian (PT - Evenings)
Job Description

The Custodian / Floor Technician @ First Colonial Inn provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor care.

Floor care tech experience is required

Schedule:

Part time - Swing/Third must start after 6pm but may start as late as 2am (4 hour shift)

Pay Rate $ 15.50

Paid Vacation / Free Meal each shift

What will I do every day?

* Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.

* Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies

* Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties

* Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor

What will I need to be successful in this role?

* High school graduate preferred

* Six months to one year of custodial experience

* Experience working in a senior environment preferred

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
