** Overview
* * Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of associates, and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.###
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Provide Daily routine preventative maintenance and repairs to all laundry equipment.
* Works with all of the production and mechanical equipment throughout the plant.
* Prepares distribution carts in all areas of the plant.
* Attends all departmental, company wide and factory in-service training and education programs.
* Provides prompt feedback to the director of production, maintenance, safety, security and physical environment problems.
* Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, gardening).
* Move furniture and fixtures throughout the building.
* Exposure to extreme temperatures.
* Operation of heavy machinery.
* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.  
** Qualifications and Skills
*** Minimum of three years of management and supervisor experience.
* Three years of hotel maintenance experience, with special emphasis on preventative maintenance
* Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades required in 1 or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.
* Climbing, reading, standing, walking, and routinely lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Be able to develop a working knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing to include water/steam.
