As a Car Wash Second Assistant Manager
, you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.

• Lead and coach team members
• Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns
• Maintain safety and operational standards
• Manage equipment and inventory
• Train and develop staff
• Support profitability goals and performance metrics
• Perform general car wash duties as needed

• Entry-level:
  No prior management experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles)
