Operations Manager
We have an opportunity for a Practice Leader - Land Development to lead land development initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape a growing practice within an award-winning firm, lead client relationships and business development, and benefit from a performance-based rewards system with potential for ownership.
The job- Lead and grow the land development practice, overseeing projects from concept through completion
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients while representing the practice with integrity and sound business principles
- Provide strategic leadership, including vision setting, business planning, and establishing growth goals for the team
- Lead, manage, and grow a group of engineers and project managers
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, contractors, and local agencies
- Total Compensation: $275,000 - $345,000 including a $20k-30k sign on, and an Incentive-based bonus program ($100k+) growing to $300k by year 3.

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed PE.
- 15+ years of experience in land development.
