Requirements
  • Proven leadership or management experience (prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus)
  • Strong people‑management skills with a passion for coaching and development
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Data‑driven track record leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive performance and growth.
  • Prior experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
