- Proven leadership or management experience (prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus)
- Strong people‑management skills with a passion for coaching and development
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Data‑driven track record leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive performance and growth.
- Prior experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
