Regent University is hiring an Assistant Director of Enrollment. The Assistant Director of Enrollment drives university enrollment goals by creating and executing enrollment strategies, leading admission teams, and using data analysis to optimize admissions processes and student experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise multiple admissions teams, ensuring accountability and program knowledge.
- Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management leadership to align outreach strategies with academic programs.
- Analyze enrollment data to identify challenges and optimize admissions outcomes.
- Foster partnerships across Admissions, Advising, and Financial Aid for a smooth student onboarding process.
- Bachelor's degree; preference for management experience in higher education or sales.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to Regent University's Christian mission and core values.
- Salary range is $50,000-$55,000 annually.
