• Operational Excellence: Oversee opening/closing procedures, center cleanliness, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards.
• Sales & Growth: Drive center performance—meet sales goals, optimize budgets, and implement promotions and events that resonate locally.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and hold your team accountable. Champion continuous learning and celebrate wins—big and small.

• Leadership Track Record: Minimum 2+ years in a management role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or wellness.

• People Person: Exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a knack for building strong team culture.
• Hands‑On Attitude: Willing to roll up your sleeves—whether that’s covering a shift, handling inventory, or training a new hire.

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $58,000/year
