Unit Manager

As a Unit Manager at Signature HealthCARE, you will oversee daily clinical and operational management of a long-term care nursing unit within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered, person-focused care, ensuring quality outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, coaching, and performance management; care plan development and documentation oversight;

and collaboration with physicians, therapy, and families.
