This is a full-time, on-site role based in Virginia Beach, VA for Officer communities including Pilots, Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs), Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officers (AMDOs), Civil Engineer Corps (CEC), SEAL Officers, Supply Corps Officers, and Submarine Officers in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Day-to-day responsibilities may include leading and training Sailors, planning and executing missions, managing operations and maintenance, conducting readiness drills, and coordinating logistics and resource allocation.

Officers may oversee specialized tasks such as flight operations, shipboard warfare, undersea operations, special warfare activities, engineering projects, or supply chain management, depending on designator. The role involves maintaining operational and personal readiness, adhering to Navy standards and procedures, and participating in exercises, inspections, and continuous professional development. Officers collaborate across units and communities to support integrated Navy missions while balancing Reserve service requirements with long-term career progression.

• Operational planning, mission execution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong communication, briefing, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude relevant to aviation, surface warfare, submarine operations, special warfare, engineering, or logistics and supply management.
• Ability to meet U.S. Navy Reserve commissioning standards, including medical, physical fitness, and security clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; STEM, engineering, aviation, logistics, or related fields are advantageous.
• Prior military experience or familiarity with maritime, defense, or emergency response environments is beneficial but not required.
• Commitment to integrity, service, and continuous learning, with willingness to participate in training, exercises, and deployments as needed.
