Fabricator​/Welder

Job Description

The Welder is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding steel

components used in the production of custom signs. This role requires precision welding

skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure

durable and visually appealing signage

Primary Responsibilities

· Weld steel components using MIG welding techniques.

· Cut, grind, and shape metal parts according to design specifications.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

· Assemble welded parts into complete sign structures.

· Perform finishing tasks such as grinding, polishing, and cleaning welds.

· Inspect welds for strength, accuracy, and appearance.

· Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

· Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

· Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
