Industrial Painter

We have an exciting opportunity for an Painter position in Virginia Beach, Virginia
!

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of automotive, industrial, or related painting experience preferred.
• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of paint types, mixing techniques, and application methods.
• Experience with spray painting equipment and tools.
• Ability to read work orders and color specifications.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a Respirator Fit for Duty test.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
• Mix and match paints to achieve specified colors and finishes.
• Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to metal, wood, and plastic.
• Inspect finished work for color accuracy, coverage, uniformity, and quality.
• Maintain painting equipment and a clean, organized work area.
• Safely handle paints, solvents, and other chemicals.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work with the production team to meet schedules and quality standards.

Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-5:30pm

Friday: 6:30am-3:30pm

Must be flexible to work Saturdays as needed.

Pay: $18-$25/hour based on experience
