Loader​/Unloader

Primero Staffing is seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading goods, materials, or products, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and products are handled with care.

• Loading/Unloading:
  Safely load products, materials, or goods onto vehicles, conveyor belts, or other equipment for transportation or processing.
• Inventory Management:
  Count and record the quantity and type of items being loaded or unloaded to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect products for any visible damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor or quality control personnel.
• Material Handling:
  Use appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks, to facilitate loading and unloading activities.
• Efficiency:
  Ensure efficient loading/unloading to meet production and delivery schedules, making the best use of available space and time.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with team members, including drivers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel, to coordinate loading and unloading activities.
• Communication:
  Communicate any issues, delays, or discrepancies to the relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse work, or a related role is a plus but not required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
